Skin care is very important if you want to begin into modeling. If you do not have a perfect skin, do not even think about it! If you have any skin problem, first thing to do in consult a specialist.

...exercise.
For some models, exercising is one of the most relevant aspect of modeling, since in fashion their is a non stopping competition to have the best body. Before starting to do so, you should go through specialized magazines and profesional advices to know where to start.

...balanced nutrition.
It is fundamental to have a proper alimentation: not every body understand it, but healthy food does keep you in shape together with exercise.

...be up to date.
And informed, to avoid frauds! You must always cross check the persons, agencies or businesses, that try to get in touch with you.

...rise your self-esteem.
To be successfull as a model, you need to have a very high self-esteemas well as self-confidence; some books may help you with it.

...be charismatic.
If you have a good amount of charisma and positive energy, you will transmit it imediately to the persons around you and you will make them feel good. Positive energy is what you want your modeling agent to feel from you...
