You are completely unattached when you enroll in our agency and have your information/photographs listed in our online database. You will be able to remain in other agencies and work with them as well.
When you work for us, Maniki will negotiate the client’s contracts for you. We will call you, and then you will express your conformity when it comes to conditions and payment… that’s all!
However, we have 2 types of contracts:
Contract #1 – Exclusivity
For a period of 3 years, renewable, the agency will profit a percentage of every work that the agency obtains you, or obtained by yourself. Maniki will invest time, contacts, dedication, development, portfolio, composites, and everything else necessary to project you.
Contract #2 – Mother agency agreement
Maniki will be in charge of introducing you to renowned international agencies (Elite, Ford…). You will remain being independent, or with exclusivity contract, according to what your choice is. When you work with an international agency, Maniki will charge a fee at the time of the talent’s shoot.
